The Evans B13UV2 UV2 Coated Tom Batter Drumhead is built for drummers who want a durable, great-sounding head that holds up over the long haul. Constructed from two plies of 7-mil reinforced film — each treated with Evans' patented UV-cured coating — this 13" batter head produces a warm, full tone with a pre-EQed attack that translates well in any mix, straight out of the box.

The UV coating actively resists denting, flaking, chipping, and surface wear from flams, rimshots, buzz rolls, and brush swirls — giving the B13UV2 a longer lifespan than standard coated heads. Evans' Level 360 collar ensures even seating across the full bearing edge, eliminating tension inconsistencies for faster, more stable tuning.
