Refund & Return Policy
Only damaged or defect item is allowed to return. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We do thorough screening before sending out. Postage should be borne by the buyer. The return item should be in original condition, original packaging and original tag. We reserve the right not to return or refund if we found that the item had been damaged intentionally/not damaged. The return should be made within 3 days after receiving the items or 7 days upon our delivery date. We will close the file after 7 days.
For hand carry buyer, the delivery of the return item should be arranged by the buyer.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Recomusic will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
