REFUND & RETURN POLICY

What can be returned?

We accept returns only for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. All items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.

Return conditions

  • Item must be in its original condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Return must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Return postage is to be borne by the buyer.
  • Reco Music is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

How to return

Email us at recomusic97@gmail.com or call 06-2820296 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and photos of the defect.

Refund or replacement

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email whether a refund or replacement is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
