The Alesis Surge Special Edition Mesh Electronic Drum Set is a high-quality and versatile drum kit that features a number of advanced features and technologies to provide players with an immersive and expressive drumming experience. The tight white mesh drumheads are designed to enhance the playing response and feel, while the five-piece pad set includes 8” dual-zone toms, 10” snare drum, and 8” kick drum. The three-piece 10” cymbal set includes a hi-hat, crash with choke, and ride with choke.

The Surge Drum Module is the heart of the drum set, featuring 40 kits (24 preset and 16 users) and 385 sounds, as well as 60 built-in play-along tracks, a sequencer, a metronome, and a performance recorder. The CD/MP3 aux input allows you to play along with your phone or other portable devices, and the USB/MIDI connection enables you to connect the drum set to virtual instruments and recording software.

The drum set is mounted on a four-post quick-lock black powder-coated rack and comes with a kick drum pedal, drum key, drumsticks, connection cables, mounting hardware, and power supply.
